Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Balane GmbH, Balanstraße 84, 81541 München, Germany, email: contact@balane.tech) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Note on in-app purchases: Purchases made inside Calmloop are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Refunds are therefore typically handled directly through the respective store. We are happy to help — just reach out at contact@balane.tech.

Early lapse of the right of withdrawal

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal lapses if you have expressly agreed that we start providing the service before the withdrawal period ends and have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal in doing so. You provide this confirmation when unlocking the paid functionality inside the app.
