About Calmloop
A wellness app that helps you spend less time on your phone.
We built Calmloop so you can cut your screen time without forcing yourself — and feel better after scrolling instead of worse. Here's how it works, and what we deliberately don't do.
What Calmloop is
- A tool for noting how your mood feels after phone use.
- A mirror that shows you your own patterns after a few days — without judgement.
- A notebook for plans you write for yourself for hard moments.
- A frame for small behavioural experiments you can try out.
What Calmloop is not
- Not a medical device and not a certified health application.
- Not therapy, not counselling, not a replacement for professional help.
- Not a tool for diagnosing or treating any mental health condition.
- Not a coach that tells you what to do.
How we think about it
We believe many people don't need a diagnosis or an app tutorial — they need a quiet place to listen to themselves again. Calmloop is that place. We're not selling you a transformation, a promise, or a set of numbers. We give you a few simple tools and then get out of your way.
What we won't do
- We won't send you a message unless you want us to.
- We don't count days. You can pause any time.
- We get softer over time, not louder. Our goal is that you need us less.
